Walking past the statue of Lenin and through the gold leaf doors, guests enter Red Square’s distinctly Russian ambience. Rich, red velvet banquette seating abounds and distressed walls reveal Russian icons and political propaganda, creating a layered atmosphere of intrigue and opulence. Famous for its sub-freezing, vodka lockers,
Red Square provides fur coats for the ladies and authentic Russian army coats for the men while visiting their private vodka storage. Guests can also mingle at the frozen ice bar with over 130 frozen vodkas, infusions and martinis.

Cuisine
Guests dine on perestroika-inspired cuisine, featuring a wide selection of the world’s finest caviars and a mix of French, European, Asian and classic American flavors. Highlights include Siberian Nachos—a house specialty of wonton chips, smoked salmon, wasabi crème fraiche, chives, wasabi tobiko and citron caviar; Red Square Kulebiaka— dill-seared filet of salmon on puff pastry, sautéed mushrooms, salmon mousse, American sturgeon caviar and dill-saffron beurre blanc; and Chicken Kiev—stuffed with herbs, cheese and butter, served with
vegetable rice pilaf and a mushroom and port reduction.

Capacity
